Get to know our Conductor and Artistic Director, Dr. Brad Pierson!

Leading Lenawee Community Chorus in its 57th year, Brad Pierson is also the founder and director of whateverandeveramen., a project based vocal ensemble currently based in Toledo, OH. The current w&ea. season includes events in Toledo, Detroit, and Las Vegas. He has served on the faculty at University of Toledo (Director of Choral Activities) and Western Illinois University (Assistant Prof. of Music Education). Brad earned his B.M. from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, M.M from California State University-Los Angeles, and D.M.A. from the University of Washington. He began his career directing choirs at Cheyenne High School and Desert Oasis High School in Las Vegas, where his choirs earned superior ratings in Nevada, California, and Arizona. Brad has presented at the state music educator conferences in Nevada, Illinois, Kansas, and Ohio, as well as ACDA Western, Southwestern, and Northwestern Division Conferences. He is in demand as a clinician, conductor, and adjudicator throughout the United States.
